These dummycrats don’t think Trump won’t withhold federal funding, but he IS doing it and precedent was already set around 1980 when the state of Nevada tried to raise their speed limit up from the Marxist fascist nationwide 55 mph. The feds immediately withheld federal funding until Nevada lowered their speed limit back to 55. Trump is on firm legal ground.
